Fitness Classes on Campus

It's always hard to get into a good workout routine at school. I find myself struggling to fit my workouts in between classes, and I lack motivation to get myself out the door and to the gym. Although I loved the post workout endorphins, I always dreaded the actual act of going to gym.
This year has been a game change for me because of the work out classes now open at Villanova. I find myself looking forward to the different classes. It is so exciting meeting new people, working with new instructors, and trying new things.
Today I want to share some of my favorite work out classes on campus!
If you are into weight training you are in luck! Villanova has a ton of great classes! Some of my favorite weight training classes are HIIT on Wednesday’s and Body Toning on Fridays. The energy is always great and the music is always bumping! If you want a good sweat I highly recommend it!
If you are more into cardio there are also some amazing options. I love the spin classes! The bikes are all brand new and everything you need is so accessible. I also love taking the ZUMBA classes when I want a light and fun work out!
Finally, sometimes I need a day off from a hard workout, and I need some relaxation. I love all of the yoga classes offered on campus and they always help me relieve my stress.
No matter what class you decide to take, you can't go wrong!
