about us

We want to encourage Villanova University to be the healthiest it can be. And when we say ‘healthiest,’ we mean it in all respects. For mind, body, and spirit, we hope to provide students with the outlets and resources to lead their best lives.

The Be Well team is comprised of individuals who want to share their passions for health, wellness, and culture with the community. These motivated people want to share everything in a balanced perspective. Successes + failures. Motivation + relaxation. Favorite food + favorite drink. Tips for exploring the urban sprawl of Philly + finding the perfect hike for next weekend. = balance.

Thank you for supporting us in our quest of health. We hope you’ll join us along the way.
